Inversions Workshop - Forearmstand & Handstand
Join me for this 1.5 hour workshop dedicated to taking your inversions practice to the next level working on forearmstand and handstand. We will work with partners, learn how to use the wall effectively, and play with travelling inversions such as cartwheel so we can feel comfortable with bailing.
This workshop is not suitable for beginners.
It is recommended that you have a comfortable headstand to attend.
Inversions for Beginners
Join me for this 90 minute workshop designed to give you the tools and courage to begin your journey into inversions starting with headstand. We will warm up with drills to prepare the body and then break down the skill into it’s parts before working with partners to build our confidence and let go of our fears around going upside down.
Suitable for those new to inversions.
A regular Yoga/Climbing/Movement practice is recommended.
